2025 Membership Tiers Overview
ICONS Fellowship
The Icons Fellowship is a year-long program designed specifically for Black women venture capitalists primed to become global leaders in the innovation and venture capital ecosystem. This program includes structured learning modules, mentorship and workshops from experienced VCs, and a year’s worth of individual executive leadership coaching sessions all aimed at developing global leaders in venture capital who can drive innovation and economic growth. A strong emphasis is also placed on peer-to-peer learning, providing fellows a safe space to collaborate, share experiences, and build lasting relationships.
PRESTIGE Fellowship
The Prestige Fellowship is a year-long program designed to strengthen and advance the core skills in early to mid-level Black women in venture capital who aim to become partners of their own funds one day or at established funds. This program includes structured workshops and peer-to- peer learning sessions to help investors define their investment thesis, advance their due diligence skills, better understand and navigate fund politics and develop a path to Partner that is crafted and designed to highlight their unique skills and perspective.
CORE Membership
In-person and digital bespoke social events and industry focused activities throughout the year aimed at fostering genuine connections and community amongst members through BWiVC Slack, Crown events, digital and in-person industry meetups, and AMAs and deal flow circles and founder pitches.
